Hiya! I'm Yusuf, a third-year Johnian, and your MedSoc Academic Officer for this year.

I organise a speaker series for the society, as well as running a resource centre and QnA service, along with numerous workshops throughout the year. I also act as an intermediary between the cohort and the faculty, so if you have any questions, shoot them my way :)

Studying medicine is like drinking water from a fire hydrant; the deluge of information can at times seem like too much. My best piece of advice to tackle this: prioritise yourself and block out some protected time each day for you to relax!
