Hello, my name is Wemi and I am looking forward to being your BME officer this year! I am currently in my third year at St John’s. Through my role I will be committed to ensuring that our MedSoc community at Cambridge is a vibrant, inclusive and supportive space for all members, regardless of their background. Growing up in a multicultural environment has shown me just how important representation is and as such, I plan to organise inclusive events.
