Hi everyone I'm Lucy, one of your welfare officers for this year! I'm a 3rd year medic at Caius intercalating in PDN. Some advice I'd give for starting Uni would be to put yourself out there as much as possible whether it be going to socials or joining societies as the friends you make throughout Uni will help you get through the tougher parts of the course.

Also, make use of the support system you have such as the people in the years above who have already been through what you're going through, and your welfare officers who are always on hand to help.
